🛒 ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you don’t. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view your history, and save shipping details for faster checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.com, an industry-leading, PCI-compliant platform. We never store or have access to your full payment card details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay / Google Pay through Stripe.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. Please email us at hi@linenluxeboutiqueltd.online to arrange a callback or confirm product availability before placing a phone order.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Is delivery free?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

What delivery methods do you use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK standard delivery. Orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes. UK Express Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed by 12 PM on weekdays are usually delivered the next working day.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at hi@linenluxeboutiqueltd.online with your correct address.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available. Fees and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout. Customs duties and taxes may apply.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received one, contact us with your order reference.

What if my order is delayed?

Contact us with your order number at hi@linenluxeboutiqueltd.online. Delays with Royal Mail during peak seasons may occur.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Is return shipping free?

Yes, we offer free UK returns via Royal Mail. For international returns, customers cover shipping fees unless the item is faulty.

How do I return my order?

Email hi@linenluxeboutiqueltd.online with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if we have the requested size in stock. Contact us with your order number to arrange an exchange. Otherwise, return the item and place a new order.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll be notified once it’s processed.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Where can I find size information?

All product pages include measurements and sizing guides. We also include notes on fit and model dimensions.

What packaging do you use?

All orders are wrapped in eco-conscious packaging: recyclable tissue paper, kraft mailers or cardboard boxes, and paper tape.

Will my order include a gift receipt?

We do not include pricing on delivery slips, making every order gift-ready. You may include a message in the notes section at checkout.
